Applications:
The 4-inch Suspension System features Rancho’s NEW control arms with D2 bushings. The D2 synthetic, high articulation bushings deliver superior dampening plus improved ride and handling characteristics. The D2 bushing has a firmer inner bearing material and a softer outer material to minimize noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). The D2 bushing is grease free with a liner impregnated into the internal bushing that serves as a lubricating agent for silent, maintenance-free operation. Control arms are fully adjustable to allow for caster and pinion adjustment. The system also comes with new front coil springs providing four inches of lift, new track bar relocation bracket and a drop pitman arm to maintain steering geometry. Rear lift is accomplished with lift blocks and extended length U-bolts. The Rancho brand offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty** for this suspension system.
This direct bolt up system features coil springs, and tuned RS9000™XL front shocks to provide superior on road comfort and off-road performance. The sway bar relocation brackets insure optimal angles for roll and sway control of your Ram Truck. Rear RS9000™XL shocks can be purchased separately with this system to complement your front suspension upgrades. The kit was designed with 35-in. tires using 20-in. wheels with 5.5-in. backspacing.
