Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped from the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days from invoice date. Most orders arrive to the customer within 7 to 10 business days from the ship date. Custom products are made to order and require additional lead-time for delivery. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Some shipping quotes are not accurate and will be recalculated manually. Most common are orders being shipped outside the 48 contiguous States and APO/FPO. If you are not in the 48 contiguous states we will not advise you of any additional shipping charges and will not ask for your approval as you are responsible for reading and understanding our shipping policies.

Some specialty order items may require longer lead-time depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

We ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.

Some of our orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. These orders may arrive at different times. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances, our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

*Shipping to a Non-US address requires special shipping and you will be contacted for your shipping options. The price you see at check out DOES NOT reflect your total if shipping outside of the US. We will not accept Non-US credit cards.
