You can choose from flange-on exhausts, slip-ons to full systems in order to increase performance.

The VALE M-2 slip-on provides you with impressive gains in power and are available in different fitments. Furthermore, each M-2 exhaust is equipped with Two Brother’s V.A.L.E system, hence you do not need exhaust springs. The M-2 gives your bike a strong and deep roar. You can choose from three available finishes: polished aluminum, carbon fiber and titanium.

Polished Aluminum

Aluminum is a strong but a lightweight material that is used in automotive, aerospace and even motorcycle industries. Aluminum is the best material for manufacturing exhausts systems because of its corrosion resistant, strength and clean look properties. The Two Brothers Racing M-2 slip-on is manufactured with a lightweight thin wall 0.060 inches of extruded 6061 aluminum, which is then heated to a T-6 condition for increased hardness, strength, and durability.

Carbon Fiber

Since 1992, Two Brothers Racing has been using carbon fiber to build motorcycle mufflers. Today, Two Brothers remains the only US Company to exclusively utilize Filament Wound Carbon Fiber on its mufflers. For additional heat resistance, their mufflers also feature a lining system adopted from spacecraft and high temperature resins. The filament wound carbon fiber is further cured in a high temperature autoclave oven for heat resistance and superior strength. The features make these exhaust systems not only look great but also offer your ride an excellent performance.

Titanium

Concerning weight, Titanium is one of the strongest metals in the world. This makes it ideal for M series mufflers. It is about 45% lighter compared to steel. However, in terms of strength, Titanium is twice stronger than aluminum but 60% heavier. Despite it being heavier, Two Brothers Racing uses 0.24 inches to construct Titanium muffler. The result, you get a muffler that is approximately 8.30 lighter that C and M series aluminum mufflers. Titanium has become an industry standard because of corrosion resistance, durability, lightweight and factory look.
