All There Is To Know About the New Big Gun Exhaust

Earlier this year, Big Gun Exhaust introduced a completely new exhaust series for the Side x Side and ATV markets. This new line of exhaust is built from the ground-up and will definitely make the premium exhaust market very competitive. This new EXO line of exhausts is the first major product from Big Gun Exhaust after it released the ECO series exhaust a while back.

Before coming up with this new line, the company researched and took note of the demands of the customers. When researching, the company realized that customers in the Side x Side and ATV markets wanted premium exhaust systems for their rides. This led the company to innovate and come up with this new line.

Important Features of the EXO Series Exhausts

The EXO exhausts are built to be tough to handle powerful and larger motors that are mostly found on Side x Side and ATVs. The mufflers of these exhausts are very large, hexagon-shaped and coned to allow more air to flow through them. Increased flow of air leads to more power while ensuring heat is reduced and the deep sound of the exhaust is maintained.

The new EXO series exhausts from Big Gun Exhaust have thick aluminium mufflers that improve their durability. The muffler housings in these exhausts are further coupled with reinforced muffler brackets making them even more durable. At this point, the EXO series stands as the company’s most powerful, more durable and largest exhaust ever.

The aluminium used in these exhaust is lightweight to ensure the performance of the ATV or Side x Side vehicle is not affected. Those who have been riding for sometime know that additional weight reduces performance of the ATV while increasing fuel consumption. This is exactly what Big Gun Exhaust wanted to fight when they used lightweight aluminium in the EXO series.

The EXO series exhaust has internal sound wave altering technology. This ensures you get the deep sound that is not irritating in any way. This means that you can ride the ATV anywhere without scaring people or feeling uncomfortable.

Strong and durable stainless steel inlet, mid pipe and end tip. The strength of the steel makes the exhaust durable while allowing increased flow. Increased flow guarantees significant torque and horsepower gains for a better off road experience.

Not all ATV exhausts are made in the USA, TBut Big Gun is and is even handmade in the USA and come with removable screen-type spark arrestors to ensure your safety when cruising at high speeds. This makes the EXO series one of the safest exhaust systems out there.
