The engineers at Rancho® have redesigned the 4.5-inch Suspension System for the 2018-2017 Ford F-150. For the front, a pair of bolt-on, 4.5-inch strut spacers install easily without the need to disassemble factory struts, or install a set of RS5000™X Struts for that legendary Rancho® ride. Either way, you will need to purchase towers or struts separately. You also have the option to Rancho’s fully boxed welded subframe for superior strength and ductile Iron steering knuckles. Our differential drop brackets properly align pinion and CV angles to ensure a smooth ride without binding or vibration. The performance suspension kit also includes a pair of CV spacers, brake line brackets, sway bar relocation brackets and all necessary hardware. For the rear, we provide a tapered block, U-bolts and other necessary hardware.
