Motegi Racing Wheels dominated the Rolex 24. If you’re a fan of racing, you’re probably fully aware that the 2014 year kicked off this weekend with the Rolex 24. But what you might not have known is the impact that Motegi Racing Wheels had on the event.
Motegi Wheels Racer, Anthony Lazzaro, Finishes Third
The Pirelli World Challenge Championship was held in Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course from August 1 to 3rd. The event saw Motegi Wheels Racer Anthony Lazzaro finish third to cement his third place spot in the driver championship standings. This event also saw Lazzaro pull a daring manoeuvre that was labelled the Glass Clean Pass of the event. Lazzaro was happy with the results and will be looking forward to the next event to be held in Sonoma.

Dempsey Racing heads for the Sebring Race with Motegi Wheels. For the past few years, Patrick Dempsey has been leading his Dempsey Racing team through the racing circuit. Last year, the team reached an all-time peak in success. Of course, none of this could have been done without the help of Motegi Racing. Now, with the upcoming 12 Hours of Sebring Race, the Dempsey Racing team is excited and confident to compete.

Motegi is a big name in motorsport racing. The Twin Ring Motegi race track was built in Motegi, Japan by Honda back in 1997 when they were trying to introduce IndyCar racing culture to the country. The Motegi race track is the only oval course in Japan and has been a huge success so far. It is used annually for various renowned race series such as NASCAR’s Coca Cola 500, MotoGP and the Indy 300.
