Harley Davidsons and Samson Exhausts Are the Perfect Combo
Harley Davidson
motorcycles
have been a staple of American culture since the first Harley came out in 1903. Since then, Harley Davidsons have become synonymous with American muscle and power. Harley motorcycles have had a long and storied history; they’ve been the United States featured war bike, been in unforgettable pop culture moments, and been the premier bike for riders across the world. Some of their top moments include:
The first Harley warehouse.
1903- The first ever Harley Davidson is produced by William S. Harley and Arthur Davidson. It was built in the first ever Harley Davidson factory, a 10 x 15 wooden shed.
Harley has had the same logo since 1910.
1910- Harley Davidson’s famous bar and shield logo is used for the first time.
1917- One-third of Harley Davidson motorcycles are sold to the U.S. military for their efforts in World War I.
1920- Harley Davidson becomes the number one motorcycle manufacturer in the world.
Harley Davidson was awarded a number of medals for their war time efforts.
1941- For World War II, Harley Davidson development is almost entirely directed towards the war effort. During this time, Harley receives the first of its four awards for excellence in wartime production.
Elvis graces the cover of The Enthusiast magazine.
1956- A young Elvis Presley appears with a Harley Davidson on the cover of the Enthusiast.
1975- Harley wins the first of four straight Grand National Championships in dirt track racing.
2003- More than 250,000 people end their Open Road tour in Milwaukee to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Harley Davidson.
All of these moments display the excellence and sustained performance of the Harley Davidson brand. But, what if I was to tell you that one man and his company have perfected the power and muscle that customers love in their Harley?
Samson Exhausts
Samson is the place to go for Harley upgrades.
Samson Exhaust
founder, Kenny Price, grew up as a huge fan of motorcycles, and of course, the power and muscle of Harley Davidsons. Prices first bike was a ’65 Harley Davidson Panhead. Realizing that he could add even more power, Price went to work on building modifications and upgrades for the bike. The alterations that he made to the exhaust were so impressive that friends and family begged him to upgrade their Harleys.
Over the years, Kenny Price and his Samson Exhaust company have perfected their line of Harley Davidson Exhaust upgrades. Their exhausts are offered in a variety of different styles: fish tails, long tails, removable tip exhausts, as well as dual crossover and cross-under systems. In order to satisfy all Harley customers, Samson has produced exhaust systems to accommodate every Harley in their new 2013 model lineup. But, this is no surprise; Samson Exhausts take pride in customer satisfaction, and they provide the very best Harley Davidson upgrades on the market.
