WARN Snow Plow Blade Upgrades

Becoming more and more self-sufficient as a snow plow operator is great because it can help save time (and its equivalent, money) in today’s busy world. WARN Wear Bars

Wear bars are designed to attach to the bottom of the blade to help protect your blade by giving one more layer of protection. This is especially great when you have to plow concrete and brick surfaces. Additionally, wear bars serve as a noise prevention system. Noise reduction occurs because the wear bar prevents the edge of the steel blade from scraping on the ground. Currently, WARN offers two styles of wear bars: plastic and HD.

WARN’s Plastic Wear Bars are constructed from ultra-high molecular weight plastic. They are ¾ inch thick and are also reversible. So when your wear bar gets worn down just flip it over, and it’s like you have a brand new blade.

WARN Side Walls

When snow plowing, there is nothing worse than feeling as though half the snow is being left behind. Oftentimes, much of the snow falls off to the side as you plow forward. The best way to eliminate this from happening is to use WARN’s Blade Side Wall. These blade side walls are formed with a heavy duty steel construction and are aimed at eliminating any potential run-off. Depending on what your objective is WARN offers two variations, tapered and straight. Whereas straight blades will make sure that the snow piles up in front of you, tapered blades will act as a funnel that moves your snow off to the side.

WARN Top Flap Kit

Snowplowing on an ATV means that you will come face to face with all of the elements. Nobody wants snow to fly back and hit them in the face, so WARN has developed the Rubber Universal Top Flat Kit. This product has a flexible rubber top flat that controls snow kick back and keeps it on the ground and out of your face.
