Overview

Dinan High-Performance Heat Exchanger features a 60% additional volume and 19% more face area with 40mm thickness than the factory heat exchanger. This helps avert heat soak with its improved features and construction. The heat exchanger has better structure that allows a decrease in water temperatures to the intercooler an average of 9° across the RPM range. The colder water entering the intercooler improves its efficiency and allows the intake air to be cooled by an additional 6° average across the RPM range, unlike the stock unit. An impressive +10 HP and +20 ft-lb of torque gain is the result of the reduction in intake air without any changes in the engine tune. The cooling reveals some significant extra power when combined with the stage 3 Dinantronics Performance Tuner.
