Crown Automotive Crankshaft & Camshaft sensors are Jeep replacement parts that work together for improved engine performance by analyzing the interaction between the valve and piston. The Crankshaft sensors determine the speed of the engine, rotational speed of the crank and sets ignition timing. The Camshaft on the other hand senses the Camshaft’s position and sends a signal that determines when the ignition module should fire.
