Jeep Running Boards have the same functionality as Nerf Bar, but are flat platforms rather than a tube. Choose one or the other according to your own sense of style and individuality. Some Jeep Running Boards are motorized and interact with your Jeep's door sensors to retract once you've entered your vehicle and closed the doors behind you. This allows for a comfortable entry while maintaining ground clearance when your vehicle is in motion and the Running Board is not needed.
