A replacement winch core can be a cost-effective option to completely replacing a winch. Warn Winch Core Replacements consist of the winch's core (motor, drivetrain, brake and drum) but do not include a winch rope, hook, fairlead, contactor, wire or control. Simply remove those parts from your previous Warn winch and install them onto the replacement core and you'll be ready to go.
