The Poison Spyder DIY Rico Step Kit allows you to add a heavy duty rub rail and entry step to your Jeep Wrangler JK, TJ, YJ or CJ7's Rocker Knockers or other aftermarket plate steel rocker armor. They include the CNC-bent and pre-notched steel DOM tube rub rails, Rico steps, and end gussets. The steps are reverse-dimpled for foot traction and brake-formed to be heavy-duty. These Poison Spyder kits do require welding.
There are no tangled webs of confusion when you do it yourself and employ Poison Spyder DIY Slider tube kits with your rocker protectors. You'll get brawny DOM tubes, as well as tube supports for bracing the centers. The tube pieces are CNC-bent and pre-notched to mount at an angle, and they do require welding to a 3/16 in. thick plate.
