Phoenix saddlebag is constructed with industrial grade ballistic nylon with contrasting color for the interior lining. This bag features a Full-flap, over-the-seat attachment with 2 cinch straps per bag for a secure fit. The top and bottom padded are fully insulated with 1/4" foam that gives maximum protection from the heat or any weather condition.
