What Finish Would You Like On Your Helo Wheels?

The aftermarket wheel industry is full of creatively crafted wheels. They all feature a unique design application to give them a distinct identity. Some manufacturers prefer to standardize things and make all their wheels using a certain standard approach. Helo wheels however prefer to shake things up and differentiate their models by design and appearance. This gives you the customer a much wider range of options to keep coming back to. Helo wheels differ from each other by color, size and spoke design. Porsche Cayenne

Black

Black in the wheel industry has its own variants. At Helo wheels you can get your black wheels in gloss black or satin black. Gloss black is generally a shinier tone of black than satin. Helo’s approach with its black wheels is to add machined accents on certain sections of the wheel. Only one wheel however in the Helo wheel line up feature a purely black finish. This is the HE878 wheel which is completely in satin black. The satin choice makes it easier on the eyes since having the entire wheel gleaming with the reflection of the sun can be a bit over the top for most people. All gloss black Helo wheels have machined sections which are found on the spokes or lip of the wheel.

GMC Truck

Silver

The silver color finish is a rare finish choice for many aftermarket wheel brands in the market today. But Helo Wheels is amongst the few manufacturers that produces silver wheel lines. The degree of reflectivity on silver wheels varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. For Helo, they have a brighter luster as can be seen on the Helo HE870. But if you are looking for something darker then you have a great option with the Helo HE874 which is offered in dark silver. It has a slightly darker tone underneath the silver finish which makes it more laid back and executive in appearance.

Chrome

Almost every series from Helo wheels has a chrome option. Some of them have a highly polished and reflective texture e.g. the HE686 while others are less reflective e.g. the HE870. Helo’s chome wheels are accessorizes with sections featuring black finish as can be seen on the HE844 and the HE688 which feature black inserts on the spokes. Others such as the Helo HE791 and HE357 have remarkable beadlock rings lining the lip of the rim.

Bright PVD

PVD is an alternative to the traditional chrome finish that is considered easier to clean and maintain. Helo wheels are offered in Bright PVD finishes that lie somewhere between silver and chrome plating in terms of their level of shine. Some of the wheels that have Bright PVD variants are the 7 spoke Helo 874 and the 5 spoke HE881. These two are in fact the only two Bright PVD wheels from Helo wheels that are available at 4wheelonline and they bear this uniform finish on all wheel sections.
