The company has been around since 1948 providing high quality and durable products. It was started by Arthur Warn to provide locking hubs for World War II Jeeps to make them usable on the road. Warn - Bridging the Gap Between OEM & Aftermarket

The Warn name is as closely linked to winches as Coca-Cola is to carbonated beverages.
