The 5.9 Liter Dodge V8 has been around for a
long time now, and so have our intakes;
they both keep on working. The application
was one of the first CAI kits that put
Volant on the map with Dodge owners because
of the performance increases it delives.
Volant designed a new bonnet with the air
duct molded together and built an air box
with the adapter and lid as one. This system
has shown great improvement on torque and
horsepower.

The older 5.9 Liter Ram Cool Air Scoop (CAS) installs on the passenger side between the radiator and headlight.
All you need to do is remove the small rubber flap and
the system will work more efficient. The scoop works great
during hot months by maintaining the gain that you had in
life's cooler moments
