Four ATX Wheel Series That Produce Off Road Champions

The company’ wheels are a top choice for off road racers in championships like the King of the Hammers, TORC and Lucas Oil. In addition to this ATX sponsors its champions in these races. Loren Healy, a well known off road racer, won the 2014 King of the Hammers most recently using a set of ATX wheels fitted with Nitto tires.

ATX’s success was backed by other ATX sponsored racers in the series such as Jake Hellenback and Derek West who came up fourth and fifth respectively. Yet the Californian terrain is not the only place where ATX brand shines. ATX wheels are sold in over 20 countries located in four different continents. So let’s look at some of the most popular series in ATX’s range of wheels.

ATX Artillery Wheel

ATX Artillery wheels are made in two bold finishes; chrome or black. The wheels features a five spoke design and each spoke is made with a twin spoke profile. Artillery wheels are available in 16,17,18 and 20 inch sizes. This is a standard set for all off road vehicles and can sustain any kind of lifts. The offsets on ATX artillery wheels are not too large and those with negative offset fall in at -12mm on the maximum while positive offsets are either 35 or 55 mm long.

ATX Slot Wheel

ATX Slot are cast aluminum wheels made using one piece construction that allowing them to remain as sturdy as possible. They feature holes on the wheel disc and may be easily confused for steel wheels but this is just a design that gives that aggressive appearance and functional design. The flange is lined with bolts that add to the aesthetic feel of the wheel. With a black and chrome option the wheel makes for a great produce both by design and function.

ATX Ravine Wheel

Just like the ATX Slot series, the Ravine has a set of chromed blots embedded onto the flange’s circumference. The bolts alternate with square grooves to present a stylish rockstar look to it which is further complemented by a star shaped 5 spoke pattern. The ATX Ravine however is only available in two close size option of 17 and 18 inch diameters.

ATX Cornice Wheel

As its name suggests the ATX Cornice has a cornice semblance on its flange which gives it a robust structure nearer the edges. Large bolts line up in a ring below the flange and create a strong look to match the wheel’s large 9 inch width. Its spokes are made with a twin spoke profile and it’s black surface is covered in Teflon coating.
