Secure Bracketry
The front lower control arm bracket is designed
to position the FlexArm in an optimal
position for highway handling and off road
performance and clearance. The bracket is
CAD developed, CNC laser cut and bent from
1/4” steel for superior durability. |

High Clearance Mounting
The rear lower control arm bracketry is
designed for maximum ground clearance
and strength. The rear arms are placed as
high as possible to offer valuable clearance
and are designed to provide a comfortable
highway ride. |

1.75” DOM Tubing
TeraFlex HD FlexArms are constructed from
1.75” x .281 wall DOM tubing and feature 5” of thread (1-1/4”x12 t.p.i.) to accommodate
our Monster rod ends for easy length adjustment
for fine tuning alignment specifications.
They also feature a 1-5/8” machined flat area
for tightening the jam nut securely. |

HD Monster Rod Ends
The LCG system incorporates our heavy
duty Monster FlexArm rod ends with
interchangeable internal units that provide
ultimate strength, durability, and customization
for your specific driving needs. The
Monster arms feature 5” of total shank length,
the most in the industry. |
The TeraFlex ENDURO LCG suspension system is designed for the entry-level off road enthusiast that wants suspension performance with very little modification
to the vehicle frame. The ENDURO system utilizes many of the features of its big brothers, the PRO LCG, and MAX LCG system.
The ENDURO kit incorporates
the same lower control arms and bracketry found in the higher level kits.
The ENDURO long arm system will transform your current Wrangler’s handling capabilities both on and off road. The redesigned long arm bracketry allows for
easy installation, and access to the transfer case without disassembly of suspension components.
This system incorporates our heavy duty Monster end assemblies and 1.75” DOM arms. The Monster ends are the largest units on the market, and allow users to
customize the interchangeable units to fit their driving style.
The ENDURO LCG system fits all Wrangler models including the Rubicon and Unlimited. |
