The Rugged Ridge Synthetic Winch Rope is an excellent choice for the off-road enthusiast. Made from genuine Dyneema SK-75 fiber directly imported from the Netherlands, the Rugged Ridge Synthetic Rope offers more strength and is lighter than its steel cable counterpart. Each synthetic line is woven from twelve UV-treated strands which result in additional strength and a power to weight ratio unmatched by any wire rope. The Rugged Ridge Synthetic Winch rope also feaures a protective sleeve to prevent it from overheating on the winch drum, a black powder coated latched hook, and a stainless steel thimble. The synthetic rope does not store any energy like steel cables and it is much less likely to result in severe injuries caused by whiplash in the event of a failure.
