Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped from the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days from invoice date. Most orders arrive to the customer within 4 to 7 business days from the ship date. Custom products are made to order and require additional lead-time for delivery. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Some shipping quotes are not accurate and will be recalculated manually. Most common are orders being shipped outside the 48 contiguous States. If you are not in the 48 contiguous states we will not advise you of any additional shipping charges and will not ask for your approval as you are responsible for reading and understanding our shipping policies.

Some specialty order items may require longer lead-time depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

We ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.

Some of our orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. For wheel and tire packages mounting and balancing may not be available due to inventory levels at different warehouses. These orders may arrive at different times. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances, our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

Regarding APO's, please call to find out which products can be shipped to an APO address and which products can not. If you order online and do not call to check on this, we cannot guarantee prompt delivery

 

Delivery Time

Orders generally ship within 1 to 2 business days from date of placement. Orders being shipped direct from the manufacturer may encounter a longer delay. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Warranty Policy

4 Wheel Online guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting for claim with the manufacturer.

 

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns. However, you must have a Return Authorization Number for your return to be accepted. Items sent back without a return authorization number will not be refunded. First, you must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part. If you wish to make a return, use the return form here. Please give the specific reason for your return and request a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization number.

Second, write in large black letters the RGA number on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice.

Third, you will be emailed you an address to which you will send the product.

Note: Unlike other Retailers we do not issue you an in store credit toward a future purchase. We will issue you a credit directly back on to your credit card. This process can take two to four weeks after we receive your valid return. If you have not received your credit after 4 weeks please call us, if has not been 4 weeks, please do not call. This allows us time to inspect your return. All returns must be in original packaging and unused. All directions, warranty information must also accompany the return. All credits issued will be after a 25% restocking fee if the request is received within 14 days of the original invoice. If the return request is received between 15 and 30 days of the invoice the return will have a 35% restocking fee accessed. If we shipped you a product under a Free Shipping promotion we will deduct the actual cost of shipping, even though it was originally shipped at our expense.

Motorized Vehicle Returns: Motorized vehicles, such as Mini Bikes, Pocket Bikes and Mini Choppers, are only returnable if the return request is made within 10 days of the initial purchase. Packaging cannot be opened. The customer is responsible for return freight and subject to a 50% restocking fee on all motorized vehicle returns. If you have warranty issues with any of the vehicles, they must be taken up with American Products Corporation. Please refer to your warranty card for details.

NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN RGA (RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION)NUMBER, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT BACK FOR YOUR PARTS. WITHOUT AN RGA #, THERE IS NO WAY FOR OUR WAREHOUSES TO REFERENCE OR CATEGORIZE YOUR RETURN, AND IT WILL LIKELY END UP LOST IN ONE OF OUR MANY WAREHOUSES. RETURNS MADE WITHOUT AN RGA # WILL BE DONATED TO THE LOCAL 4 WHEEL DRIVE CHARITY OF OUR CHOICE. WE WILL THEN SEND YOU THE RECEIPT FOR TAX PURPOSES.

Open boxes, damaged shipment, mis-boxed, mislabeled, damaged parts, defective product, mis-shipped products are ONLY eligible for exchange of product. There will be no credit issued for any of the above items, replacement of product only.

Cancelled and Refused Orders

All cancelled orders are subject to an 15% order cancellation fee if cancelled within the first 2 hours of order placement. All cancelled orders after 2 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. All refused orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee and deduction of the cost of shipping to and back from the customer.

Special Offer Substitution

It is unusual that we are unable to provide a Free Offer as posted, but if thet should occur we will honor that offer with a credit for the stated value. Hence, 4WheelOnline reserves the right to substitute a equal value credit to a customers credit card in the event that a Free giveaway offer is at that time no longer available, or to honor that offer within 7 business days of notification by our customer. As an Example, If a $50.00 Gift Certificate was offered with the purchase of a product and a Gift Certificate was not issued, not received, etc. We will credit your credit card for $50.00.
