Features and Benefits of the Terra Grappler G2 Tires
Nitto Tire introduced the Terra Grappler G2 tires recently to give the serious off roaders a tire that will be perfect for their adventures. The Terra Grappler G2 takes over from the original Terra Grappler that has been very popular in the off road market. The Terra Grappler G2 has the same features as its predecessor with a few differences that will make it appealing to any off road fanatic.

New Sidewall Designs

Nitto Tire listened to its customers and made sure the Terra Grappler G2 has two bold and distinct sidewall designs. One side has the same thunderbolt pattern as was seen as the original Terra Grappler. This pattern has been raised slightly to give the new tire a more aggressive and modern look. The other side has a new aggressive assertive design with integrated sidewall lugs that run from the shoulder tread block all the way down to the sidewall.

Full Depth Sipes

The Terra Grappler G2 tires are fitted with full depth sipes. TheseFull depth sipes are not the same ones you will find on most other aftermarket tires. The Full depth sipes improve traction of these tires oin wet and icy conditions. In addition, the sipes maintain the tread design appearance even as wearing takes place.

Reinforced Coupling Joints

With the Terra Grappler G2, Nitto has reinforced the coupling joints for better and reliable performance. The reinforced coupling joints connect the centre block to the outer most tread block to improve block edge rigidity.

Unmatched Warranty

Just like all the other products in the Nitto Grappler line, the Terra Grappler G2 is made with a compound exclusively used on the Grappler products. This new compound is perfect for all-terrain tires as it increases the longevity of the treadwear. With this, Nitto is able to offer a warranty that shows you how confident it is with the tires. The company has a limited warranty of 65,000 miles for hard metric sizes and 50,000 miles for flotation and LT-metric fitments.

Staggered Shoulder Lugs

The Terra Grappler G2 tires have staggered shoulder lugs for additional grip when on soft or moist roads. This is what makes the Grappler G2 tires one of the best and reliable all-terrain tires on the market. In addition, the new sidewall design connects the sidewall lugs to the middle of the sidewall design from the shoulder block.

New Tread Block Arrangement

Lastly, the Terra Grappler G2 tires have computer analyzed tread block patterns that help reduce noise when driving on the highway at high speeds.
