Durablue Sprockets
Durablue Sprockets are high-quality components that help achieve and maintain excellent ATV engine. The design goal of the Durablue flange is to lessen the supposed "flywheel" effect. To reach this purpose, high strength aluminum is used. It's a six-armed steel flange of 7 3/16" diameter. The large diameter creates a "flywheel" effect, that is, a certain amount of power is required just to affect the rotation of the flange. In other words, acceleration and deceleration of the axle assembly is slower (less responsive) than it would be without the flange. The excessive weight also creates a negative "fly-wheel effect" producing a faster ride.
