Braking USA

Most drivers know that they need to perform a little routine maintenance to keep their vehicle in good working condition. Brake rotors are important components in the braking system for it stops the vehicle. Brake rotors (also called brake discs) are what the vehicle's brake pads clamp down on to stop the wheels from spinning.

BRAKING ROTORS primary objective is to produce high-quality stainless steel brake rotors. The high-carbon-content stainless steel rotor produced by braking offers optimal mechanical characteristics, especially at high running temperatures. Each rotor goes through a special treatment cycle to ensure it is perfectly flat. These are also put through a precise heat treatment process while adhering to the highest ISO standards. This treatment provides high co-efficient of friction while minimizing the amount of wear on the brake pads. Each disk is stamped with the part number, minimum allowable thickness, TUV-Abe validation and other codes used by BRAKING for tracking the product. Barking Rotors’ catalog has almost 400 different codes for over 2000 models of motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles. Its line of rotors can be divided into the following groups: standard, floating, polished, special performance kits. Rotor styles can and do blend into other groups.
