For 9 seasons, off-road junkies have tuned into the Speed channel program, Truck U.  On Truck U, hosts Bruno Massel and Matt Steele give audiences an inside look into the heavy duty truck world. Much of the time, they delve into projects that involve serious off-roading and upgrades of trucks, 4x4s, and SUV’s. Of course, that’s only part of the show. Truck U also revolves around giving gearheads inside information about the leading companies and products in the automotive industry, especially aftermarket manufacturers.

Atturo Tires Join the Party

Bottom line: being showcased on Truck U is a huge honor for any automotive company. It automatically boosts their reputation because they are essentially receiving a stamp of approval from the titans of the industry.  Recently, Atturo Tires joined this elite status when they were featured in 3 different modification episodes. In addition to that, Atturo was a segment sponsor for 6 other episodes, having their signage featured on the set during filming.

Michael of Mathis Atturo Tire says, “As a niche brand dedicated to the SUV/4x4 segment, Atturo is a natural fit for the Truck U audience… Atturo is reaching out directly to the consumer with a dedicated message that quality performance tires are available at affordable prices.” Not surprisingly, during these episodes, Atturo showcased an extremely versatile line of their affordable truck tires, impressing the millions of Truck U viewers in the process.

Check Out the Episodes

On one of the featured episodes, hosts Bruno Massel and Matt Steele break down every aspect of Atturo’s well respected AZ800 street tire. They spend time complimenting the siping, and its ability to handle slick, wet conditions. After that, they move into the tire’s speed capability. Bruno Massel says, “[The Atturo tire has a] dual layer base tread compound on an extra hard carbon layer base, so what that does is remove some flexibility at high speeds, which helps it to perform at high speeds.”

Then on another episode, the two hosts break down the Atturo Trail Blade M/T tire, which is one of the best off-road tires available. Massel says, “The Atturo M/T has a rugged look to it. But you know what, these tires aren’t just about looks; these tires are the real deal. These tires are 8 and 10 ply construction with a puncture resistant 3 ply wall…These tires have a high load capacity.” In the end, these episodes went a long way in bringing Atturo Tires some national attention, some attention that is well-deserved.
