Westin Heavy Duty Series Roof Racks

These “HD” Racks offer an exceptionally sturdy base with which to mount equipment carrying accessories such as ladder racks, ladder rollers, load holders, straps, tie downs, and trays. To make ordering simple, HD Racks are sold in kits, complete with heavy duty crossbars made of clear anodized aluminum, and strong support legs to fit most commercial-style vans and pickup roofs or truck shells. Optional trays and other accessories are sold separately. The van kits are available in two- and three-bar kits. Other vehicle options are the Fixed Mount and Track Mount systems which mount directly to a steel roof or truck shell.
HD Racks for Vans attach using the vehicle’s existing gutter rail, and feature anti-theft hex security and a rubber extrusion which acts as a cushion to eliminate any vibration with the cargo accessories. Backed by a 3-year warranty.

• Fixed Mount Rack Kits offer a universal fit to almost all vehicles and truck caps (shells). Mounts to any flat surface. Available in a variety of cross bar widths. Crossbars are made of extruded aluminum in a black anodized finish. One kit fits all. Kits include 2 crossbars and 4 support legs with mounting hardware. Installation requires drilling. • Track Mount Rack Kits offer tracks which allow the cross bars to be easily repositioned for varying cargo needs. Mounts to any flat surface. One kit fits all. Kit includes two crossbars, two 63x tracks and 4 support legs. Measures 51x wide.Installation requires drilling. Part No. 15-2005
• Gutter Mount Kits Utilizes vehicle’s existing rain gutters for the support leg mount. The crossbars can be repositioned by moving the support legs for varied spacing. Vehicle-Specific Kits (see applications) are available in 2 or 3-crossbar configurations. 65” overall width. No drilling required for installation!
