Rigid Industries Racers Dominate

Rounds 5 and 6 of the Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing series were held this year at Wild West Motorsports Park in Reno, Nevada. Making history, the races saw one of Rigid Industries Racers, Kyle Leduc, dominate his race to reach an impressive 50 win career milestone.

Possibly even more impressively, though, is the fact that Kyle’s win is the 5th in 6 2014 races, and a great follow up to his 2013 championship in the Pro 4 Unlimited class.

After winning the race, Kyle said, “We’ve been lucky, the tracks at the start of this season have all been high speed which plays to our advantage. We know our truck is fast so we try to get out front fast and stay out of trouble. We have not always started up front but we’ve been there at the finish.”

Ahhh, humility is a great thing!

In the Pro-2 series round 5, Rigid Industries’ team had a great run that saw Jeremy McGrath, Myan Spaccarelli, Bryce Menzies, RJ Anderson and Marty Hart satisfy the fans by placing high. Bryce Menzies was the most impressive of the bunch, finishing in third place after starting dead last.

Right behind Bryce in the 4th place was RJ Anderson.

In the Prolite series, things got even better when Rigid Industries’ RJ Anderson won his first race of the season with Ryan Beat coming a distant fifth.

Round 6 of the Lucas Off Road Racing Series

Rigid industry racers went to round 6 with grand expectations and made sure that they delivered. The racers managed to scoop positions 4, 5, 6 and 7 for McGrath, Anderson, Menzies and Spaccarelli respectively in their Rigid Industries LED light vehicles. These were not podium finishes, but they helped the team garner some points for better series standings.

In the prolite series, Rigid Industries racer Kyle Hart took the top spot. This was a very emotional win for Hart and his entire family after his wreck last season. Ryan Beat took the 4th position while RJ Anderson settled for position 6. Both rounds 5 and 6 finishes put Rigid Industries team back on the race for the title this season.
