The all new 4”- 6” RCD Suspension System for 2wd & 4wd Toyota Tundra’s feature RCD’s trademark sub-frame and spindle technology along with the highest quality components available throughout.

One Piece, .25” Plate Steel Boxed Section Cross-Members maintain the structural integrity of the factory frame, along with proper control arm and CV axle angles. The front differential utilizes its own factory mounts to ease installation into the new cross-members. Strength is enhanced by a one piece differential skid plate that integrates the cross-members and adds additional protection to the differential. Heavy duty CNC machined cast iron steering knuckles reduce installation time and hassle along with improved front-end alignment and steering characteristics.

Pertaining to the ride quality, RCD continues to set the standard. Premium, Bilstein constructed, silver zinc plated mono-tube shock absorbers with RCD’s proprietary valving provide a ride that is second to none. Front ride height can be set at either 4” or 6” of lift upon installation.

This very complete system also includes 304 Stainless Steel Anti-Compression Struts tying the front sub-frame to the center portion of the frame for increased strength. Extended Front Sway Bar Links, Front & Rear Brake Line Extensions, Parking Brake Relocation Brackets, Carrier Bearing Spacer Kit, a 4” Rear Block and U-Bolt Kit, Grade 8 Hardware throughout, and all necessary mounting hardware provide a complete and proper installation.
