We recently updated some features on our site and this has caused some issues with some of our customers that had previously visited our site.

To fix this issue we ask that you clear your Temporary Internet Files.
You can do this by opening Internet Explorer and going to Tools: Internet Options.
Then under Browsing History click on Delete. In the new window under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files. These files are temporary and should be routinely deleted. Deleting these files WILL NOT HARM YOUR COMPUTER.
