Designed to allow the turbo to respond quickly at the bottom end and reduce exhaust gas temperatures. With high exhaust temperatures that occur under load, the Exhaust Pipe Kit allows for higher flow once the engine is at higher rpm. Installation should be matched with a higher flow air filter and for maximum improvements the Xtream SS air intake system is available for 99-02 trucks.

New 4" turbo down pipes are the standard at BD for 99 to 02 PowerStrokes.
Excursion exhaust kits are now in stock.
Four-inch Cat back systems are available for 94 thru 02 trucks.
The "Easy at home installation Kits" 94 thru 97 trucks have a flat turbo down pipe which reduces the turbo response. Our three-inch pipe is a tight fit but worth the labor. This is a BD dealer install option.

This universal kit will couple to most
aftermarket turbo downpipes but if no
performance downpipe is installed,
BD has 409 stainless downpipe kits
available to complete the installation. |
