Contoured precision molding
ProCaps are designed to follow every contour of your truck bed rails, both inside and out for an absolutely perfect skin-tight fit. This promotes a better fit of other accessories such as tonneau covers when the two products are used hand in hand.

More 3M Adhesive
ProCaps have more 3M tape than any other brand of bed protection. We also use thicker tape than any other brand to ensure that our caps never fly off the truck and perform better than any other brand over the long haul.

ProCaps are trimmed by CNC robotic routers to ensure that every stake pocket hole is exact and that the fit is precise. No other brand of bed rail caps is more accurate than precision trimmed ProCaps.

Maintenance: Wash normally with soap and water / 3M formula 303 UV protection.


1. Ensure the label on the end of the box matches your truck.
2. Clean off any surface wax with alcohol and let it dry.
3. Prefit the parts to see where they will fit when you install.
4. Remove the red protector from the back of the 3M tape on the TOP surface ONLY.
5. On the sides, partially peel (dog-ear) the tape so it can be easily accessed from the bottom of the rail.
6. Set the ProCap straight down on the truck bed rail. Set alignment before sticking it down.
7. Pull down on the 3 dog-ears along the inner rail. Pull the cap away slightly to allow easy removal.
8. Do the same along the outer rail and make sure to apply pressure for the tape to take hold.
Install the matching tailgate protector using the same method.

9. Remove the tape along the top mounting surface.

10. Align the tailgate cap and push it straight down in place. Check for equal spacing on each side before sticking it down.

11. Remove the tape along the edge and apply pressure so that the tape holds.
